Our Farmer sausage is made with Berkshire and Hereford pork which is renowned for its juiciness, flavour, and tenderness. The meat is pink-hued and heavily marbled. All Oakknoll pork is rotationally moved through forests and perennial pastures. Pigs are finished on mixed grains and pasture. All pork is hormone and antibiotic free.
