Our Schmoo Torte is a Favorite dessert at Pineridge Hollow. Our Schmoo Cake is rolled into a log and layered with our housemade caramel sauce and Whip cream. The log is covered with crushed pecans. The Yule log comes with a jar of our housemade Caramel sauce.
