This hand-crafted, washed rind cow’s milk cheese is inspired by the Swiss Mutchli. Mild and creamy, it develops buttery flavors after six weeks of aging on cedar wood planks for added robustness. Made from our family dairy farm's milk, it's excellent on its own and has great melting qualities. Pairs well with Riesling and Lager beers.
