Le Bercail (per 100 grams)


Le Bercail has a dark beige rind and a whitish paste that is supple and creamy. It features floral and vegetal aromas, and rich lactic flavours with a hint of hazelnut and salt.

Slightly aged, this cheese is fresh with a very delicate mouthfeel. As it matures, the rind becomes increasingly firm and the taste gets stronger.
